- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★At the Barossa Valley Cheese Company I was pleasantly surprised to taste some delicious camembert, brie and washed-rind cheeses that have nice texture and flavors. You can test 4 varieties and I would recommend to either add cheeses to your picnic basket before hitting the wineries or simply buy they own 4 cheeses basket that has a knife and cutting board and crackers into a cooler bag.
